LONDON-BASED INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO
Boutique Retail &
Residential Interiors
Creating spaces shaped through
atmosphere, materiality, and identity.
Kando Studio is a London-based interior design studio creating residential and boutique retail interiors shaped through atmosphere, materiality, spatial flow, and strong visual identity.
Each project is developed collaboratively around the character of the space and the people using it — balancing functionality with individuality, emotion, and experience.

OUR PROCESS
Designing the dialogue
We are interested in spaces that provoke feeling — interiors that create mood, curiosity, interaction, and memory rather than simply visual harmony.
For us, atmosphere emerges through contrast, material tension, scale, colour, light, and the emotional relationship between people and space.
Each project is approached as a dialogue between identity, function, and experience, resulting in interiors that feel personal, expressive, and alive.
SUCCESS STORY

Design phase: 4-6 weeks. Full project including fit-out: 3-4 months on average, depending on scope and complexity. We provide a detailed timeline in the proposal stage.

We work across London, with particular experience in West London and Central London including Richmond, Kew, Chiswick, Barnes, Fulham, and Chelsea.
We work on projects with a minimum budget of £25,000 (client’s total project budget, excluding our design fees).
We work exclusively on a full-service basis from concept through to completion, including contractor coordination and site oversight. This ensures the design is delivered as intended and the process runs smoothly.
