TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT & SCOPE LIMITATIONS

1. Nature of Service:

The Home Clarity Consultation is strictly an in-home advisory and strategic planning session. It is designed solely to provide expert diagnostics, spatial analysis, and verbal layout recommendations. This service is purely conceptual and consultative.

2. Absolute Exclusion of Manual Labor & Services:

Under no circumstances does this consultation include physical labor, heavy lifting, furniture moving, packing, unpacking, deep cleaning, personal shopping, or hands-on sorting of belongings. Clients must not expect or request physical execution of tasks during or after the session.

3. Limitation of Deliverables & No CAD/Reports:

The deliverables are strictly limited to verbal guidance given during the 90-minute appointment. This service does not include architectural CAD drawings, technical blueprints, or formal written reports. Any informal follow-up discussion may be summarized via email notes at Kando Studio’s discretion, but this does not constitute a formal deliverable or technical document. Kando Studio does not act as a general contractor, project manager, or drafting service.

4. Client Responsibility for Implementation:

All layout plans, spatial strategies, and design suggestions are recommendations for the client’s consideration. The client assumes full legal and financial responsibility for hiring third-party contractors, movers, or laborers to execute any physical work, and Kando Studio assumes zero liability for results achieved by third parties.

5. Health, Safety & Property Access:

The client guarantees that the premises are safe, structurally sound, and free from hazardous materials or biohazards. Kando Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate the session without refund if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
